1 Kings 19

Our speaker during Family Bible Hour was Mr Dick Sanders, former missionary to Chad. The main message of all 66 books of the Bible is this: (a) God is the Lord. He is sovereign (b) We are to trust Him.
Even the great prophet, Elijah, needed to learn this lesson. Here is Mr Sanders' message, in full and in context:

The Word

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord
